Returns

A scent is a personal thing. We can't accept opened bottles back, but we can usually find a way to make things right.

What we can take back

Within 14 days of delivery, we accept returns of:

  • Unopened, sealed bottles in their original packaging.
  • The Discovery Set, if all four 10ml bottles are unopened.
  • Items that arrived damaged, leaking, or with a faulty atomiser.

What we can’t take back

  • Opened bottles — perfume is a personal-care product and we can’t resell what’s been worn.
  • Bottles purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Items damaged after delivery through accidental mishandling.

How to return

  1. Email hi@maunaroma.com within 14days of delivery, with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning.
  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and the address to send it to.
  3. Once we receive it and confirm condition, we’ll refund you to the original payment method within five business days.

Damaged on arrival

If something arrives broken, please send us a photo of the bottle and the outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at our cost — no need to ship the broken one back.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Returns first, then a fresh order. It’s the easiest way to keep things clean.
