Returns
A scent is a personal thing. We can't accept opened bottles back, but we can usually find a way to make things right.

What we can take back
Within 14 days of delivery, we accept returns of:
- Unopened, sealed bottles in their original packaging.
- The Discovery Set, if all four 10ml bottles are unopened.
- Items that arrived damaged, leaking, or with a faulty atomiser.
What we can’t take back
- Opened bottles — perfume is a personal-care product and we can’t resell what’s been worn.
- Bottles purchased more than 14 days ago.
- Items damaged after delivery through accidental mishandling.
How to return
- Email hi@maunaroma.com within 14days of delivery, with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label and the address to send it to.
- Once we receive it and confirm condition, we’ll refund you to the original payment method within five business days.
Damaged on arrival
If something arrives broken, please send us a photo of the bottle and the outer packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at our cost — no need to ship the broken one back.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges. Returns first, then a fresh order. It’s the easiest way to keep things clean.
