We ship from a small studio in India. Orders go out within 5–7 business days, then take a few more in transit.

Where we ship
We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available yet — if you’re outside India and would like a bottle, write to us and we’ll see what we can do.
How long it takes
Within India, you can expect your order to arrive in 5–7 business days from the day you order, including the day we pack it. Metro cities tend toward the shorter end of that range; remote pincodes toward the longer.
What it costs
- Standard shipping: a flat ₹1 across India.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. SMS updates from our courier come to the phone number on the order.
If something goes wrong
If your order is lost in transit, broken on arrival, or hasn’t moved on its tracking page in five business days, please write to us at hi@maunaroma.com. We’ll sort it out.
Packaging
We ship in recycled paper, with a layer of crinkle paper around each bottle. No plastic. The outer carton is FSC-certified.
