Before your order ships
You can cancel any time before we hand the parcel to the courier. Email hi@maunaroma.comwith your order number and we’ll cancel it. The refund usually shows up in your account within five to seven business days, depending on your bank.
After your order ships
Once your order has been handed to the courier we can’t cancel it — it has to be returned. See our returns page for what to do.
If we cancel your order
Very rarely, we may need to cancel an order from our side — because of a stocking error, a payment that didn’t go through cleanly, or a delivery address we can’t reach. If that happens we’ll write to you immediately and refund in full.
Refund timing
- UPI / wallets: usually within 24 hours.
- Cards / netbanking:5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
