What concentration are Maun Aroma fragrances?

Signature and Aks Black are extrait-strength (roughly 20–30% fragrance oil), made to sit close to the skin and last a full day. Aks White is an eau de parfum (about 15–20%), lighter by intent for daytime wear.

How long will it last on skin?

Six to ten hours for the extrait compositions, four to seven for Aks White, with a scent trail that stays close rather than filling a room. Longevity varies with skin type, weather and how much you apply.

Why can't I use cash on delivery for Signature?

Signature is made in small batches and priced as atelier work. To keep returns and refused deliveries from disrupting a limited run, the line is prepaid only. Aks orders can be placed with cash on delivery.

Why is Signature never discounted?

The price reflects the materials and the time each batch takes. Discount codes are structurally blocked from the line — they cannot be applied to a Signature product even if entered.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, everywhere serviceable by our courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery is 2–4 business days to metros and 4–8 business days elsewhere. Shipping is free over ₹3,000 and ₹120 below that.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We are working on it. If you are outside India and want a specific composition, write to us on the contact page.

Can I return a fragrance?

Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets a private tracking link by email when it is placed, and again with the courier tracking number when it ships. No account needed.

Are the ingredients disclosed?

The note pyramid for each fragrance is on its product page. A full IFRA-aligned allergen list is printed on the carton and available on request.

How does a Bandhan commission work?

You send an enquiry with the occasion, a few notes or memories to aim for, and a budget. Our perfumer arranges a consultation, makes sample blends, adjusts from your feedback, and bottles the final composition for you alone. Plan on six to ten weeks from first conversation to delivery.

How should I store my fragrance?

Away from direct sunlight and heat, ideally in its carton, at room temperature. Kept well, an extrait holds for years.
