Where we ship

We currently ship anywhere in India serviceable by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally yet.

Dispatch time

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (or of order confirmation, for cash-on-delivery orders on eligible lines). Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery estimates

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days after dispatch

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, regional restrictions and peak periods can add time.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹3,000 and above
• ₹120 flat on orders below ₹3,000

Charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with the courier name and tracking number, plus a link to your order status page. No account is required.

Delays, failed delivery and RTO

If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, or the address is incorrect or unreachable, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; re-dispatch shipping charges may apply. For prepaid orders, if you choose not to re-attempt, we refund the item value less the original and return shipping cost.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery where possible and email us the same day at hello@maunaroma.com with photos. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for how replacements are handled.
