Who we are

Maun Aroma is a small Indian perfume house that sells through this website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Pricing and payment

All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST. Shipping is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free shipping. Payment is processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.

Orders

We confirm orders by email immediately after payment. If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we’ll write to you and refund that line item in full.

Shipping

See our shipping page for delivery times and regions. We currently ship within India only.

Returns and cancellations

Because perfume is a personal-care product, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. See our returns page and cancellation page for full details.

Product accuracy

We describe each fragrance as honestly as we can. Scent is subjective; the description is our best attempt to convey what we made. The listed top, heart, and base notes are accurate.

Allergies and safety

Our fragrances are formulated to IFRA guidelines. Like any fragrance, they may cause irritation in sensitive individuals. We recommend testing on a small patch of skin before extended wear. If you have a known allergy, please write to us before ordering and we’ll share the full ingredient list.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city in which our registered office is located.
